Effective date: September 2, 2026
These Terms govern use of Buxoro Meeting Monitor. By authorizing or using the application, you agree to use it only for legitimate and authorized administrative purposes.
You may use the application only for Zoom meetings you are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for complying with your organization's policies, participant notice requirements, privacy obligations, and applicable laws.
The application uses Zoom OAuth, Zoom Meeting SDK, and where required an On-Behalf-Of (OBF) token to connect to permitted meetings. It may display participant attendance, join/leave activity, camera state, camera-off duration, and Phone/PSTN status, and may generate Excel reports.
You must not use the application to access meetings without authorization, bypass Zoom security controls, impersonate another user, harvest data, record content without required permission, or violate Zoom's terms or applicable law.
The application depends on Zoom services, hosting infrastructure, internet connectivity, and Zoom platform policies. Features may be interrupted or changed when those services or requirements change.
The application is provided for administrative use on an as-available basis. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate monitoring, but no guarantee is made that every participant event or status will always be available from Zoom.
Access may be suspended or removed if the application is misused, if authorization is revoked, or if required by Zoom, an account administrator, or applicable law.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to aasorov07@gmail.com.
