This Privacy Policy explains how Buxoro Meeting Monitor processes information when authorized users connect the application to Zoom and use its meeting monitoring features.
The application may process Zoom account authorization tokens and meeting-related participant information required for monitoring, including participant display name, join and leave activity, camera on/off state, camera-off duration, and whether a participant joined through Phone/PSTN when Zoom provides that status.
The application does not intentionally record or store meeting audio, video streams, screen-sharing content, private chat messages, passwords, or payment information.
Information is used only to authenticate an authorized Zoom user, obtain an On-Behalf-Of (OBF) token when required by Zoom, join an authorized meeting through the Zoom Meeting SDK, display live monitoring information, and generate administrative Excel reports.
OAuth tokens and monitoring session data are processed in server memory for application operation. They are not sold or used for advertising. Temporary in-memory information may be cleared when the service restarts or when authorization is removed. Exported Excel reports are downloaded or sent only at the request of an authorized administrator.
We do not sell personal data. Data is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly to operate the application and by Zoom as part of Zoom's own platform services.
The application uses HTTPS, restricted administrative access, OAuth authorization, security response headers, and server-side credential handling. Zoom client secrets and access tokens are not exposed in public source code or browser storage.
Users may revoke the application's Zoom authorization from their Zoom account or organization settings. Users may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with this application by contacting application support. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and legitimate administrative requirements.
